Campus Climate Inventory

There are countless initiatives all across this university that directly and indirectly address campus climate. The Inventory of Climate and Climate-Related Initiatives is intended to recognize these activities, and provide a central location where people can learn more about what is going on. This inventory can be a resource tool for leaders to identify areas where more work could or needs to be done.

It is important to recognize the grass-roots nature of much of the work surrounding this issue. Many individuals and committees have taken it upon themselves to address climate and climate-related issues independent of administrative direction or leadership. In addition, campus leaders are taking the initiative to address climate in their units.

The Chancellor and Provost welcome suggestions and ideas for ways to improve climate on this campus. This web page will soon be part of a broader website on campus climate, including a feedback tool for individuals to share their ideas, suggestions, and concerns.

Specific additions to this inventory should be directed to Eden Inoway-Ronnie (inoway@bascom.wisc.edu) in the Office of the Provost.
